During this full day session we will work with you to explore your innovation journey and help you create an road map that will allow you to develop a clear action plan going forward.

This highly interactive, hands on workshop delivered by innovation and sales specialist, Nevil Tynemouth, will identify:

• All the touch points a business may have with a potential customer ahead of the launch of a new product or service

• The often forgotten post launch contact

• Key points in the customer journey and how innovation can help that journey

You will also create a visual representation of your customer journey with the strategic and operational activity clearly identified to ensure the customer route to your new product or service is as simple and frictionless as possible, making it easy for your customers to buy your new product or service.

• New ideas on marketing and operational activity to complete your innovation road map

• Re-usable tools for each innovative product and service

• A clear action plan with owners and timescales
